Description
Ingrid Naiga "Miss Nai" wrote "Seasons" when she was in a dark place. She wanted to tell her story the best way she knew how, poetry. In this book, she explores themes of body image and body shaming culture, hypersexualisation of women, self-worth, self-acceptance (self-love and self-hate), mental health especially depression at large (parental, romantic, self) and so on.
A compilation of poems, unfinished stanzas, unsaid feelings, incomplete conversations, unwelcome thoughts, and lumps in the throat about life, love and everything else in between.
